Terms and Conditions (as at August 2026)
The general regulations governing tattooing in Austria apply to all customers.
All customers are required to complete the consent and information form truthfully at the time of their appointment. This form sets out the potential risks, and customers accept responsibility for these.
I reserve the right to refuse customers without refunding the deposit if, at the time of the appointment, they:
- are under 18 years of age
- are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- are in an unstable physical or mental condition
- suffer from haemophilia, diabetes, an immune deficiency, infectious or chronic illnesses
- are pregnant or breastfeeding
- fail to attend the appointment
The deposit will be forfeited if the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance.
I reserve the right to refuse clients without giving reasons.

All tattoo designs are created individually for each client. The designs will not be reused for other clients.
I sell only the tattooing service, not the copyright or rights of use to the designs. I retain the copyright to the designs. The designs may only be reproduced or shared with my consent.
I reserve the right to refuse designs that I consider questionable or that I do not support on moral grounds.
I reserve the right to take photographs of the tattoos and to use them for promotional purposes, e.g. on social media. I accept no liability should this result in copies being made or the images being redistributed by third parties.
I accept no liability for spelling mistakes in the tattoo.
I accept no liability if you are not satisfied with the tattoo.
I accept no liability for any of the risks mentioned in the consent and information form.
If the aftercare instructions are not followed, I accept no liability for infections or damage to the tattoo.
